Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In a desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Rescheduling / Cancelling: A 48 hour advance notice is required when rescheduling and/or canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to provide a 48 hours advance notice, your deposit, which is 25% of your service, will not be returned.

No-shows:  Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged the full amount of the service for your “missed” appointment. In regards to a package or series of services, your “no-show” will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals:  To ensure all clients receive their full service, a 15-minute grace period will be granted for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we’ll determine if there is enough time to complete the service or if a shortened service is possible. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” payment of the session or rescheduling will be required.

Service Refusal: We gave the right to refuse service for safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, etc.
