My journey into the world of esthetics wasn’t exactly a straight line – it took an unexpected turn out of the corporate world back in 2014. While that leap of faith felt like a breath of fresh air, the destination wasn’t immediately clear nor did I know the dormant artist within me was about to awaken.  While exploring this new chapter in my life, I enrolled in esthetics school and in less than a year I was fully licensed to practice in the State of California. Coincidentally, in the form of a podcast, a crucial piece of advice was given: find a mentor. With that being said not only did I connect with an incredible mentor (that happened to be the same person to give the advice on the podcast), but I also found myself diving headfirst into an international skin competition. Imagine my surprise (and facial expression) at being selected as a finalist for “Best New Esthetician.” That unexpected burst of confidence was the fuel I needed to truly explore the fascinating world of esthetics. I became utterly captivated by the intricate layers of our skin, the almost magical ways ingredients and technology can work together, and learning how to incorporate healing arts to elevate one’s overall well-being. It was a full-on love affair.
     Over the years, I’ve taken several continuing education courses to enhance my knowledge in beauty services to the impact of nutrition on gut health and skin, product knowledge and the ingredients in skincare, Oncology skincare, face mapping, diet therapy, Ayurvedic skincare and various therapies just to name a few. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to create a space where I can offer and witness the incredible transformations that happens when mind and body connect through esthetics.
